Is it true that there will be no cups at the aid stations?
YES. The Chute du Diable MHW / Montrail is a Zero-Gobelet® event. For the two previous editions, this environmentally friendly initiative has prevented wasting thousands of single use cups! Thus, to make sure you have an enjoyable experience, all runners registered for 10 km or more will need to carry a minimum of 500ml of liquid. It will be possible to drink at aid stations using your own bottle, or a reusable cup that you will carry with you.

Is it possible to drive to the 50km start?
If you have a driver that can drop you there, and pick you up at the finish line after your race, it is possible to get there on your own. It will not be possible to get a ride back to your car. Also, it is very important to be aware that the start of the 50km race is located at the Camping du Lac Saint-Bernard, which is in the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve, and that driving between there and the Amphitheater takes 1h45min - partly over corduroy roads... Think about it :-)
